What Is This? 

This is an intense 12 week weight loss program, with a strong accountability component, that will challenge you to make healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes.  It is fully customized to your weight loss, nutrition and fitness goals and is designed to give you full accountability and the motivation to succeed.

The weekly coaching sessions reinforce the accountability component and help you to address possible obstacles and are aimed to avoid possible lapses that sometimes can occur when you don't have the correct support

No one diet fits all, and this is the reason that this plan is so successful, as it is personalized to YOU and the calorific and nutrient requirements that YOU require for optimal weight loss

Step 3 :

In-Home Consultation

1.5 hour consultation to discuss your completed questionnaires, and address your health, fitness and weight loss goals

Your body fat % will be recorded

Your body weight and body measurements will be recorded

To ensure the success of your weight loss program, it is ESSENTIAL that you have access to having your weight and body fat % accurately measured by a suitably qualified fitness professional, as the formulas we use are based on the figures which you provide to us, and you will only be cheating yourself if the data you provide is in any way inaccurate - such as errors in your weight or body fat % or undersetimating your activity level. 

Many gyms have the body fat measuring equipment along with qualified staff who can provide this service to you free of charge, so ask them if they can measure your body fat and weight for you.

Step 4 :

Receive your weight loss assessment via email

Every 7 days, we will meet and I will re-measure your body weight and your body fat % and you will be provided with a new weight loss plan that reflects your current statisitcs, and will also provide you with a list of food choices for each macronutrient group, recommended portion sizes, and how many portions you need to eat from each of the macronutrient categories.

I will caluclate your optimal daily calorific requirements along with your optimal ratio of how many grams of proteins, carbs and fats you should be eating from each macronutrient category to guarantee that you reach your target weight loss goal.

Your plan will reflect your lifestyle, activity level and your own personal food likes/dislikes.

If deemed necessary, daily meal plans will be provided that will tell you exactly what to eat, when to eat it and how much of it to eat and will be backed up with a full grocery list and a free recipe e-book for you to refer to.

Online Package Only

You will receive the free recipe e-book, but meal plans will be emailed to you once a week (as opposed to daily) with your 7 day weight loss plan, but I am available via phone or email for urgent or specific questions relating to you weight loss program.

Step 5 :

Weekly In-Home Coaching Sessions (meeting at your home or a convenient city location for local Winnipeg residents)

Record your body fat %

Record your body weight and body measurements

In-Home & Online Package

Review your previous weeks progress and address any obstacles or lapses

Establish new weekly goals if required (sometimes it is necessary to adjust certain goals depending on how your body reacts to the changes you are making to your eating and fitness plans and each week we will address any concerns or revisions that may be required)

Plan strategies for events such as dining out or holidays

Provide ongoing motivation to ensure that you succeed with your health, fitness and weight loss goals

Step 6 :

Your new weight loss meal plan

After I have recorded your body fat %, body weight and body measurements at our weekly coaching session, your next weeks weight loss meal plan will be emailed to you

Online Package Only

You will be required to provide an accurate measurement of your current weight and body fat % prior to your next 7 days weight loss program can be emailed out to you

Step 7 :

Review

At the end of your 12 weeks, you should now have adopted a more balanced and healthier approach to your eating and exercise regime, and with my support, accountability and motivation, you should have reached your health, fitness and weight loss goals.

As you lose weight, and your body fat % decreases, your daily calorific and nutrient requirements will also change.  Your weight loss will speed up if I am taking your stats every week, this will enable me to create you a new weekly meal plan that reflects your revised daily calorific and nutrient requirements, which is how this plan differs to the "Kick Start Your Weight Loss" package 

If you are not currently engaging in any regular weekly physical activities, or if you want to incorporate some more or alternative exercises into your new weight loss program, then you have the option to enlist the services of our Personal Trainer who will write programs for you that will complement and enhance your weight loss program
