Grocery Store Tours are a very popular service that we provide where we will meet you at your preferred store and help you to navigate the many food aisles, help you to make better food choices, and provide you with valuable information to help you to prepare more nutritiously balanced meals and help you to lead a more healthy lifestyle. These take usually 1.5 hours and are charged at $112.50 (+ GST)
Workshops & Seminars are another popular service that we are asked to perform. These can be in the format of an informal gathering at a clients home, as a lunch 'n' learn session or a half or full day presentation
The half and full day presentations are quickly being adopted by many employers, as they see how many sick days affect their company's and their staff's performance, and these half and full day seminars help the employees become more educated on health, exercise and diet, and make for a happier and more productive workforce, and keep the boss happy
