Intermediate Plan
6 Week Intermediate Plan $285 + GST
This package includes all of the services included in the Basic Plan but it is also for clients who want to consult with a Professional Metabolic Typing Advisor on a regular basis and who want to take advantage of the more personalized dietary and fat loss recommendations that are made on this plan
This plan addresses your Metabolic Type on a more individualized, genetic and biochemical level
This plan also offers you the option of additional "add ons" that will further enhance and speed up your weight loss (or weight gain) so check out the additional services fees at the bottom of the page

(For Canadian residents only, and depending on the plan signed up for, 2 or 3 pre-authorized bank payments can be made by arrangement only so please ask us for more information)
(Payments can be made in full by cheque but funds must clear our bank account before the start of your program and this is by prior arrangement only)
Step 1
- Pre-Consultation phone call to discuss the forms and set a date for your program to begin (this can take up to an hour depending on your questions - for groups or workplaces a mutually agreed meeting will be scheduled at your workplace or other convenient location)
- Pre-Consultation email support for any questions that may arise prior to your beginning your program
Step 2
- Forms and Questionnaire issued via email which are sent back to me via email or fax once completed
- This questionnaire is highly individualized and goes beyond the Basic Plan and will reveal your Autonomic & Oxidative Types as well as your Dominant Sympathetic, Parasympathetic and Balanced System and is designed to be a complete "Metabolism Balancing Program"

Step 3
- We analyze your questionnaire, review any relevant medical history, assess allergy or food intolerance concerns and address food likes/dislikes and issues such as cultural or religous beliefs that may affect your Metabolic Type and food choices
- Your information is electronically submitted to produce your MetabolicType
- A follow up phone call or emails may be required to address any specific concerns that produce themselves on your computer generated report
- Your file will be compiled and we will then contact you to get you started on your Metabolic Typing Program
Step 4
- Once your Metabolic Type is determined, you will be issued with a recommended list of foods relevant to your Metabolic Type that clearly illustrates the foods that you should and shouldn't be eating that will give you your required weight loss (or weight gain)
- During the 6 weeks you will be sent weekly meal and recipe suggestions that take into account all of your food likes/dislikes/allergies/religious/cultural concerns
- Each weeks set of meal and recipe suggestions that will give you ideas for breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks
- If you want more individualized meal and recipe plans that will address your daily calorie requirements, your fat loss goals and your nutrient ratio composition, this can be done for an additional fee, see below under "personalized fat loss menu plans" and please also refer to the section *** below - where it explains the importance and relevance of having your weight and body fat % accurately measured and recorded
- You will get weekly support and coaching via phone or email and I will address and answer concerns relating to your foods, diet and weight loss/gain
- You will be given recommendations for supplements that will complement and enhance your Metabolic Type and your weight loss/gain
- During the course of the 6 weeks, your daily calorific and nutrient requirement will be reviewed and adjusted if deemed necessary to accelerate your fat/weight loss
- Topics such as Lifestyle Changes ; Blocking Factors ; Eliminating Toxins From Your Meal Preparation & Diet ; Allergies & Food Intolerances ; How To Incorporate Your Metabolic Type Into Your Family's Meal Preparation will be covered as deemed relevant to your lifestyle
- Your weekly phone or email coaching is designed to answer questions, offer support, encouragement and guidance and help you to overcome any potential obstacles that may hinder your journey and success
- Eating according to your Metabolic Type is a "process" and not an overnight fix, and so long as you are following your recommended food list, it is anticipated that you will see sustainable weight loss results in as little as 6-8 weeks
*** Knowing what to eat for your Metabolic Type is the first step, but your current weight and your current body fat % determines what ratio of nutrients you should be eating each day and how many calories you should be consuming (ie how many grams of protein, fat and carbs you should be eating and how many calories of each)
If you have access to a gym or trainer who can accurately measure these for you, then please provide them to us, prior to you starting your Intermediate Program
Alternatively, for local clients, at a reduced consultation fee of $50.00 + GST, we can arrange a one-on-one pre-program consult where we will record this information for you. At this meeting we can also address in person any specific concerns or questions that you or us may have relating to the information on your questionnaire.
- If you are opting to use the Personalized Weekly Fat Loss Program Services, your weight, body fat % and measurements will be re-done each time we meet
- Otherwise, we suggest that these measurements are re-done after the 6 weeks to check your progress, and if you need additional pointers, coaching, or help along the way, you can engage in a follow up session (see fees below) where we can help you with additional dietary changes or recommendations on food quantities and ratios can be suggested
