Basic Plan
Basic 4 Week Online Plan $125 + GST
This package is for clients who do not wish to consult on a regular basis with a Professional Metabolic Typing Advisor, and who simply want to have their Metabolic Type accurately determined and who want to devise their own meals and menus, based on their results
You will receive email or phone call support for 4 weeks and if you require one-on-one or online individualized consultations you can review our additional fees at the bottom of the page
(The Online/Virtual Program is payable in advance by credit card only, or, arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, but funds must clear in our bank prior to the start of your program)
Step 1
- Pre Consultation phone call to discuss the forms and to set a date for your consultation
- Pre Consultation email support for any questions that arise prior to you beginning your program

- Forms issued via email and sent back to us once completed

We analyze your questionnaire and any relevant medical history data and your information is electronically submitted to produce your MetabolicType

You will be issued with a recommended list of foods relating to your Metabolic Type that clearly illustrates the foods you should and shouldn't be eating and which will give you your ideal weight loss or gain

You receive a small selection of sample meal ideas relating to your Metabolic Type and these suggestions will take into consideration any illnesses or conditions that you may currently suffer from and any specific food likes/dislikes

You will be given coaching support and resources over the 4 weeks to help you to create additional meals of your own
Eating according to your Metabolic Type is a "process" and not an overnight fix, and so long as you are following your recommended food list, it is anticipated that you will see sustainable weight loss results in as little as 6-8 weeks
Knowing what to eat for your Metabolic Type is the first step, but your current weight and your current body fat % determines what ratio of nutrients you should be eating each day and how many calories you should be consuming (ie how many grams of protein, fat and carbs you should be eating and how many calories of each) That is why we recommend that you provide this information to us prior to beginning your program if you have access to a gym or trainer who can measure these figures for you. You can send these to us with your completed questionnaire, or for local clients who want us to accurately measure these for you, then for a reduced one-on-one consultation fee of $50.00 + GST, we can meet with you, take your measurements and you get the chance to discuss any specific questions with me in person.
We suggest that these measurements are re-done after the first 4 weeks to check your progress, and if you need additional pointers, coaching, or help along the way, you can engage in a follow up session (see fees below) where we can help you with additional dietary changes or recommendations on food quantities and ratios can be suggested.
Online Follow Up Session $45 + GST (payable by credit card only in advance)
One-On-One Follow Up Session $65.00 + GST (payable by cash, cheque or credit card in advance)
Metabolic Typing Re-Testing $50.00 + GST (initial test fee is $65.00 + GST and is included in the price above)
